I love living in a small town, but on nights when I really don't want to cook it kinda sucks. I'd have absolutely loved some chinese take-out, but that wasn't happening being this far from civilization...so I settled for the local pub and treated the fam to burgers and tator tots. It was yum...now, if they would just throw in a couple of crab rangoon and some general tzo's chicken, we'd be set.

Mmmmm.....chinese food and a red beer. Now, then my darling little town would be perfect.

FYI: If you ever find yourself driving on Hwy 96 and find yourself following the hwy down mainstreet in Nickerson, Ks, stop at Dixie's. You won't regret it. Tell 'em Theresa sent ya. ;-)
